Susan Finch Moore
Susan is a Senior Advisor with American Triple I Partners. With experience in the private sector and with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, she has worked on over $45 billion of infrastructure projects. Her recent consulting projects included advising investors on solar projects in Africa, litigation assistance on a FCPA-related matter in Mozambique, and work on a health-related project in Venezuela. While at Latham & Watkins, Susan acted as legal counsel to developers and financial institutions in the oil & gas, transportation, petrochemical, renewable energy, and power sectors in the United States, Africa, South America, the Middle East, PNG, and Asia. In her seven years with Ex-Im Bank, Susan was a Senior Adviser in the Office of General Counsel specializing in Project Finance and Structured Finance, with transactions in Russia, Africa, South America, Central America, and Asia spanning a broad range of sectors. She also worked at Nomura Investment Advisers in Tokyo and Morgan Stanley in New York and Tokyo.
Susan has a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics with a Certificate in East Asian Studies, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. She is a member of the state bars of New York, California and the District of Columbia.
